Kathy Ulery is certified by the Ohio State Cosmetology boards.
Kathy specializes in Electrolysis, which is permanent hair removal. She attended the Knox County Career Center, where her Cosmetology teacher encouraged her to become a Cosmetic Therapist. After high school graduation she attended 3D Beauty School in Newark Ohio for her Managers license. Kathy then attended The College of Limited Practice in Delaware Ohio for her Cosmetic Therapist degree.
Kathy opened her own beauty shop in 1986, later getting her training in Laser Hair Removal. Kathy keeps up with the new techniques by attending seminars and shows on a regular basis.
Kathy enjoys making quilts, which she displays in her salon, as she changes the decorations each month. Other interests are Broadway Shows and NASCAR.
